Contact

We read every message. Write to us if you have a question about an article, a correction, or an idea for a topic you would like us to cover. GetEduMail is a small editorial team, so a clear message helps us answer you faster.

How to reach us

Email is the best way to contact us: [email protected]. We usually reply within two working days. If your message is about a specific article, please include its title so we can find it quickly.

What you can write to us about

  • Questions about an article, for example a step that is not clear or a setting that looks different on your device.
  • Corrections, when a fact, price or rule in an article is wrong or out of date.
  • Topic ideas: guides you would like to read about student life, money, technology, travel, food or home.
  • Feedback on the site itself, such as a page that does not load or text that is hard to read on your phone.

Corrections and updates

Student offers, app features and consumer rules change often. If you notice that something in an article no longer matches the official source, tell us what changed and where you saw it. We check the official page, update the article and note the change where it matters.

Questions we cannot answer

We write general guides, so we cannot give personal medical, legal or financial advice, and we cannot check your eligibility for a student discount. For those questions, contact the store or software maker, your school, or a qualified professional. We also cannot create, sell or recover email accounts of any kind: a school email address comes only from your own school’s IT team.

Your privacy

We use your email address only to answer your message. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details. The Privacy Policy explains how the site handles data.

Before you write

You may find a quick answer in our guides. The Technology section covers student email and account security, Finance covers budgets and student discounts, and Law explains everyday terms such as free trials and refunds.
