Adobe Creative Cloud Student Discount: Save Over 60% with .edu Verification
Get Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and the full Creative Cloud at a fraction of the price. How to verify with a school email and keep the discount.
Adobe Creative Cloud is the standard for design, video, and photography software. The student and teacher discount cuts the cost by over 60%. Verification is usually done with a school-issued email (.edu, .k12, or other institution domains), and approval can be quick when you have one.
What you get
Eligible students and teachers get access to the full Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and more) at a heavily discounted rate. The exact plan and price vary by region. The introductory discount typically lasts one year; you can re-verify to keep the discount at renewal.
Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 13 and enrolled in a primary, secondary, college, university, or homeschool program. Adobe accepts a school-issued email (e.g. .edu) for verification. They partner with SheerID; verification often completes in under 20 minutes. If your email can’t be verified, Adobe may ask for a school ID, transcript, tuition bill, or similar after purchase.
How to get the discount
- Go to adobe.com/creativecloud/plans and look for the “Students & Teachers” offer.
- Choose the plan you want and start the purchase flow.
- Enter your school-issued email when prompted for verification.
- Complete SheerID verification if required (log in to school portal or upload proof).
- After approval, your discounted subscription is active. You’ll get an email before renewal so you can re-verify and keep the rate.
